I had the pleasure of visiting Crete in 2001 and came home with a large tin of olive oil. Since then I have searched the local stores in the Boston , Massachusetts area where I live for olive oil from Crete . I have not been able to find any with the quality and taste I remember so well from my time in Crete .
Last month I visited friends in Vancouver , Canada and came across a bottle of your olive oil in a local Mediterranean market and it was exactly what I've been hoping to find for several years now. Your oil was simply outstanding!
I went back and bought another, leaving one for my Canadian hosts and I packed my bottle in several towels and plastic bags to get it home to the USA . Throughout the entire flight I feared the bottle would break and I would lose this wonderful oil. Thankfully, it was safe in my luggage and I am enjoying my salads more than ever with your fine product.
It is without question the best olive oil I have ever had and I serve it with great pleasure to my dinner guests. Best of all, I get to enjoy it daily on my tomatoes and my bread.
